Richelle L. Clark is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) in the State of Delaware and the Owner of TLC Counseling Services, LLC in Seaford, DE. She currently serves as the Behavioral Health Consultant in Seaford Middle School in Seaford, Delaware. Mrs. Clark also serves as the Sussex County Program Coordinator and a Clinical Therapist for SOAR (Survivors of Abuse in Recovery) since 2015 working primarily with survivors of sexual trauma.
Ms. Clark received her M.S. in Community Counseling & her B.S. in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University. She is also a National Board-Certified Counselor (303492) with the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and has a Post Masters certification in Child & Family Counseling and Mental Health Counseling.
Ms. Clark worked for Turning Point with Peoples Place as a Group Facilitator in Anger Management and Domestic Violence working with male offenders (2013 to 2018). Mrs. Clark also worked for the State of Delaware from 2003 to 2018 as a Master Family Specialist (Juvenile Probation Officer) with Youth Rehabilitation Services.
