Initiatives:
Soul Shop™ for Black Churches is a one-day workshop designed for clergy, staff, lay pastors, and faith-based clinicians in the Black Church. Given the prominence of the church within Black communities, Soul Shop equips these leaders who are on the front lines of the mental health crisis to minister to those impacted by all the faces of trauma and struggle in regard to suicide.

Mommy Matters. A SELF-CARE Program for Mothers. The sessions include uplifting presentations on various stress issues with a focus on providing a path to healing, luncheons, journal projects, and supportive conversations with opportunities to laugh and make positive connections.
Mommy Matters Cohort 2 Series. IC4U in partnership with BFNC (Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers). Mommy Matters now offers free on-site childcare during Mommy Matters Sessions!
